They are SO cute! I had some paper plates that were in a similar pattern, but I need to pick these up because then I would have some that are reusable!
Oh what a great treat it is to read your Newsletter!!! It's stormy and raining buckets this evening and I am so happy to be inside reading about your books and tea recs! I would love to have my own orangerie but that will remain firmly in my dreams (but dreams can become true so who knows). Your story about the tour and seeing the owners of the house is hilarious! Have a wonderful weekend dear Melissa!
Oh, I envy you your weekend, especially the stormy weather! I am currently knee-deep in helping my college daughter pack her things up for the summer and it’s a pretty sweaty and grubby endeavor. Let me tell you.
It’s so nice to see you on Substack! I’m a long time follower and have missed your blog posts. This post was delightful, but now have too many tabs open on my browser! 🤣
Jenny!!! it has absolutely been so fun chatting with you over the years and I truly appreciate you following along with me! Especially into this new space here! I feel like I moved into a new house albeit online ha ha ha
I have a dream of sitting in a cozy conservatory with a hot cup of tea while it rains...on a squashy couch with blankets and books. Heaven!!
Yeah, I think ironically I would get the most use out of a sunroom type of affair when the weather is what the PNW does best! Rain!
great. now I want an orangery. thanks for nothing. ;-)
I'm A Very Helpful Person heh heh
I would love to use those Liberty of London plates (buying now!) in my pretend orangerie. And that tea looks amazing! Thanks for another lovely post!
